We offer four key services to enhance our customers' health, safety and overall quality of life:

  • home adaptations to accommodate the needs of older and disabled people, including specially-designed bathrooms (such as walk-in showers and wet rooms), kitchens, access ramps and stair lifts. Our adaptations can incorporate the latest thinking and facilities for people with specific health conditions, such as dementia and / or visual impairment, and can help ‘future proof’ homes.

  • handyperson services that is, minor home adaptations, improvements and repairs for warm, safe and secure homes. Examples include: installing grab rails or banisters, fixing tripping hazards such as loose carpets, fitting lightbulbs, repairing and replacing locks, installing key safes, minor plumbing jobs, flat pack assembly.

  • an online shop providing equipment to help with everyday life, such as over-bed tables, shower seats, toilet raisers, key safes and grab rails.

  • information, advice and support to enhance independence, for example, applying for grants, benefits and funding and keeping your home warm, safe and secure.

We pride ourselves on delivering a person-centred service. This means that we take time to assess each customer’s individual needs, so that we can tailor solutions accordingly. We also take a holistic approach so that the customer can receive support with any wider issues, such as money worries. If customers experience problems beyond the scope of our services, we refer them to the best source of support externally.
