March 2011 (Gainsborough)

Dear Alison, Wayne and Steve,

I am writing to thank you for the help in getting the Improvement Grant for my husband.  The Wet Room is great and things are a lot easier; he certainly feels the benefit.  The other work, i.e. electric sockets, my kitchen tap and most of all the gates, they are brilliant.  The ambulance team find them a great help with the wheelchair etc.

Also a Big Thank You for recommending the contractor for the improvements.  Neil and his team, and all the tradesmen were very good indeed especially Phil the Foreman, he gave me a rundown daily of what was happening, which tradesmen were coming and times, he himself was very methodical with his work.  We could not fault any of the tradesmen in anyway – All very good and left each job very tidy.

Dear Catrin,

A little note just to say a big thank you for all your support recently. God bless you. Please keep in touch.

To whom it may concern

Through your agency I have been blessed with kindness and support by Mrs Catrin Fieldson at a difficult time. My mental health was very fragile and my physical state weak. I was trying to sell and buy property. On top of which I was diagnosed, breast cancer ( which killed my daughter at 28 ) had an operation followed by daily treatment. My sincere thanks go to Catrin and apologies for my tearful phone calls. She was very patient with me. As I recover and become more positive maybe I will be able to help someone in their hour of need.

January 2011 (Washingborough)

Dear Andrea,

Thank you so much for your help and support. We consider ourselves very lucky to have received a grant for this work. We definitely could not have afforded to have this done without help. Once again thank you for everything

June 2012 (Spalding)

March 2012  (Grantham) (R2W)

I would like to say a very big thank you for fixing my boiler recently.  You were very helpful and polite and the plumber was very helpful.  It’s not often you get service like that, you provide, ‘excellent service’.

I am very grateful, keep up the good work and thank you again.

August 2012 (Grantham)

Dear Alison

A huge thank-you for all your assistance in getting my bathroom sorted, plus the extras. I can’t tell you how much all this has helped me. It’s been really heart warming having been given this assistance. To just be able to get in the shower means so much to me. Let alone the toilet and everything else. Thank you thank you. Your help was so greatly appreciated. With love and best wishes.

January 2013 (Allington)

I would like to say thank you to all persons involved in the construction who worked to transform my bathroom to a wet room. Everybody was kind, courteous and as quiet as could be. It looks splendid and has been admired by others including our local plumber who said ‘’ my isn’t this great’’ Thank you for bearing with any of my phobias about the shower etc.

April 2013 (Gainsborough) (R2W)

Thank you, (only two words) doesn’t seem adequate for me to try and express my thanks and gratitude to all of your responders to warmth and what you have done for me, you are all stars in my eyes.

I personally had never heard of responders to warmth or the good work you do, the first i heard about responders to warmth was from a friend of mine who approached you against my wishes.

I had a call from responders to warmth from a lady called Bernadette who explained to me what would be happening she was so kind, warm and reassuring it brought a tear to my eyes, that genuinely nice people and organisations exist.

The plumber arrived on the 21.03.13 that evening I had a hot bath (with lavender oil) for the first time in 26 Months it was bliss. Then to wake the next morning and be warm, I was in heaven. (No more going to bed with my clothes on so that I would not be freezing getting up)
My lesson from all this is not to be proud when you’re struggling, it’s horrible.

April 2014 (Lincoln)

We would just like to say a big thank you to Andrea and Alison for all their hard work. For making the alterations possible to my mother’s home and making a much easier enironment for her to live in. The difference by fitting a stair lift and wet room has had on my mother’s life is massive. It has meant it is possible for her to stay in her own home. We truly are grateful for your help. Your emplyers are lucky to have such considerate, conscientious, caring and efficient lades working within your company. Once again a big thank you.
