We will also discuss your 'emergency plan' with you so you can leave your home safely and quickly if need be. It's good to talk this through, giving you and your family peace of mind.

Even though you pay the contractor directly (unless it is grant funded) we always talk money with the contractor so both you and we approve the price beforehand. We do this so you can always be assured of the right bill.
