Inaugural staff awards

5th May 2016 - 0 Comments

Our 10th Anniversary celebrations included a glittering, inaugural staff awards ceremony, intended to promote and publicly acknowledge outstanding performance in the workplace. Winners were determined by customer feedback and nominations by fellow members of staff.

Winners of the six categories, which represent LHIA’s six corporate values were: Empowering others to make a difference: Alison Wholey; Going the extra mile: Charlotte Mulhall; Inspiring others: Alison Wholey; Promoting wellbeing: Pam Bull; Taking responsibility: Mandy Walker; Team working for results: Nicola Bathard. An award to our longest-serving employee was given to John Clayton, who has been with the organisation since its year of establishment in 2006.

Seven of our top suppliers and contractors kindly sponsored the awards. AKW Medi-Care was sponsor of the awards ceremony itself, whilst six local organisations sponsored and presented the individual awards listed above respectively: Belton Construction, Crown Building & Maintenance Services Ltd, F1 Group, Mark Donner Ltd, Ruddocks and Wright Vigar Chartered Accountants.

Our congratulations to the winners and our thanks to all the local organisations with whom we work who supported the awards and helped to make this, our first event, a happy and memorable one.
